my kid is not eating told stomach pain vomit sensation gastritis age 6 yrs zincovit syrup is gud for him daily

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you are not supposed to give any medication for more than one month and less the baby has a proven deficiency. also that is a multivitamin medication and it might in turn cause the acidity. better consult a doctor because the baby might be having some internal issue also

Yes This is Bing plus multivitamin supplements of course it is very good to be given to the child daily 5ML once in a day you have to give to continue with that but for stomach pain if your child is constantly complaining about it then I think maybe your child is having either indigestion or some stomach infection
