Q.

my kid is having chest congestion and running nose. any medication to be given or any home remedy. he has no fever though.

A. give steam at homefor now . Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .
