#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my daughter (1yr 4 months old) has little bit of chest congestion. she initially started with running nose two days back. Now there is no running nose, only chest congestion. what should I do?

A. hi your baby is 16 months old now to relieve chest congestion give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and start mucolite syrup 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

A. chest congestion, give warm compress with ajwain potli on baby chest back.. give steam inhalation.. as steam inhalation helps in treating cold and cough.. you may apply warm mustard oil and gently massage on baby back feet chest at bed time..
