My kid is 8 years old. He had fever for 2 days. I took him to a doctor. Now his fever has gone. But he is complaining that he has pain in his calf muscles. what should I do?

A. that is used to post viral pain and will go away in 3 days and for pain you can give Paracetamol as well do body massage and give rest to that limb
