my kid is 4 years 5 month old and his weight is only 14 kg and height is also not according to age.plz suggest what food and substitute he needs to gain weight and height ??

A. hello the weight of the child can be slow in some and if it is active than not a problem and in regards to the height it is genetic and it depends on either of the parent or the grandparent height and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor
