my kid is 3 years and 8month old he is very his weight not increase what can I do and he is not want to eat any things

As ur baby is 3 years and 8 months old, not interested in eating food then give ur baby natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite.
Change the menu altogether. Give variety of food and choices to ur baby.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Do not worry about the mess made by baby while eating himself.
