my kid is 3.2 years, she went to motion 5 times yesterday not loose motions normal only, may be some infection.pls suggest good medication

A. You don’t have to give any medicine to the child because your child is having normal motion if it was a loose motion then you can give a medicine but passing motion 4 to 5 times in the day which is a normal motion is not a problem and still if you feel it could be an issue then you should consult your doctor once
