my kid is 2.5 year old, bacho ko summers me kitna desi ghee dena chahiye ya nyi dena chahiye?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can give one but it is preferable that you give moderate quantity of home prepared ghee because it makes the meals energy dense but it is heavy to digest

Yes u can give ghee to ur baby in summers. There is no problem in that. U can give 1-2 "tsp of ghee in a day. Add ghee in baby's meal, can apply ghee on chapati etc. It is very healthy to give.
