my kid is 1 year 6 month old girl she has a bump in back side of the year it vame on ear periecing it is not going what to do for this

A. this is because of spelling of the lymph node due to infection in the year for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
