Vartika MoharirMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. my 5yr old used to have the same problem. sir still does sometimes but lot improved after i started giving her a banana and a glass of milk before her skating classes. she also used to take a quick nap in the afternoon on her weekends when her skating classes were held. that helped in her evening classes because she woke up fresh and energetic
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Meat, poultry, fish and tofu. Make sandwiches with two slices of meat and cheese and lots of spreads on both pieces of bread. Add small pieces of any cooked meat, chicken, fish or tofu to meals. Strained or ground meat works well for younger children.
