my is 9 month old he getting red red in the stool

A. If you have fed something which was precisely red in colour then it maybe just because of the food colour that you’ve given to the child but if it is nothing of the source if it has a little bit of texture or drops like blood then you can consult the doctor as in that case it could be due to stomach infection
