My infant is 5 months and 21 days old, yet she weighs merely 5.2 kg. Is this within the acceptable range? Is her growth proceeding appropriately?

A. Mam I would like to tell you that how the weight gain is calculated for first one year it’s usually 500 g minimum expectation that should be met in a month so check the birth weight so you will come to know whether your child has gained appropriately that way or not but on general standards this weight is less I don’t deny that but still if your child pick the well on the birth weight then it is not a problem
