my gynaecologist suggest ne to have iron, calcium tablet upto 6 months from my delivery, is it can be a reason for which my 3 months old are not passing poo

A. no, its not reason.. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok.
