Q.

My granddaughter Alaira's left breast is hard and looking swollen. When I touched or pressed, she did not feel anything.I noticed it yesterday Should I show her, Dr? Am worried. kindly advised

A. this is a pustular swelling. there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling. there is a possibility that you may rzequire antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus. so kindly visit the doctor. for pain you czan give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
