My grand daughter is 10 months old passing loose tools 6 times a day . She is mother feeding .please suggest medication

A. Hello grandmother - please check if the stools are as usual normal or does it have a sour smell to it ? If it does it indicates infection . Or if it’s green could be possibllity of teething . The baby currently requires to be given solids along with mothers milk in between
