my girl is 2 yrs and 8 months old having fever since morning .. giving paracetamol syrup.currently the baby is having 38.8 fever what can be done?

A. Fever keeps repeating every 4 to 6 hours at the nature if the fever doesn’t subside despite of continue medicine even after 72 hours and in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance right now you should continue with the medicine and also do cold Sponging
