my girl is 2.8years but she have low weight.then she eat all foods but she not weight gained like a slim girl.what can I do for her for weight gaining

there is difference between to look thin and to have low weight gain.
so , please don't judge your child Health from physical appearance only
if a child is happy and active, Gains enough weight then no need to worry about her physical appearance
