my girl is 2.5 months old 2 days back she was vaccinated.. 2 days she was fine with mild fever but on 3 rd day she started crying alot... I m giving her dolo drops . 50ml 3 times....

A. yes you can continue to give paracetamol to the child and if the child doesn't improve even after that then it is advisable to meet your doctor for examination of the child and continue to give breastfeeding
