my girl getting sticky eyes while sleeping .

If the eyes are sticky all the time then you need to check with your doctor maybe it’s due to a irritation or infection in the eyes or maybe allergy but without an assessment I cannot confirm but this can tell you to keep cleaning the eyes regularly with warm water
