my girl baby's Umbulical cord has fallen off after 7 days and now she is 50 days old. now her bellybutton has started to ooze out some clear liquid and little blood stain. is it normal or serious issue?

It could be some kind of an infection that is building up into that area better to get a check with your paediatrician you will come to know what is the situation and what kind of a treatment would be followed for this right now you can just clean it with a mile anti septic liquid and can apply beta Dean
