Q.

My first tiwn is not taking formula milk nor taking breast feeding properly, while sleeping I try to bottle feed her but unsuccessful many times, she is not gaining enough weight. I'm worried about her health please suggest something so she can start taking milk

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

A. Hello good evening !! Generally babies reject feed from one side or both sides (breast milk) or formula milk due to achieving milestones of observing surroundings, exploring things, staring at things, giving social smile, observing expressions , known or family member voices.. Try to breastfeed change positions this will help you and this rejection of feed stage will vanish by 2-3 weeks.
