A. Dear mum, more you feed more will be the milk supply. So, ensure that baby is exclusively breastfed. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. Also you should eat right and healthy diet. Drink lots of water to drink and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Have a look at Babyhug products once. They are wide range and economical too.
