my doughter suffering fever last 2 days 100 but she is not eat anything and she has stomach pain what to do I am giving fever medicine and acidity also

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to fever and mostly babies refuse to eat and please give baby more variety and also give baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite and ajwain ark will help in stomach pain. Take care
