This is looking like an allergy or an infection so you’ll have to connect with your doctor to figure out the reason behind it only on that basis the treatment can be suggested as of now looking at the situation I would advise you to apply Boroline anti septic cream but you should certainly check with your doctor for a permanent solution to the problem is there
