My doctor told me to wear maternity belt but i habe a doubt how to wear on rhe stiches or above the stiches?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. The maternity belt is supposed to be loosely tied around your tummy. It should not be tight. So,you can tie it around your tummy and it’s alright if it touches the scar area. Make sure that you use this only after the skin sutures are healed.Sont tie around the scar area tightly Write Your Answer Here

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey kommy it will be just above your stitches this will help you support your back while you do house old chores or while you carry the baby. I was advised not to wear it while sleeping it's not at all necessary.
