Q.
my doctor has advised me to give water 10ml to my daughter as she is not pooping regularly.is it normal?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If your doctor suggested then you can give but make sure you boil water first and then let it cook and then give that water and keep feeding on regular intervals as well and massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
