Losing weight & fat on tummy will take sufficient time & patience.
You need to avoid foods like sugar, fried foods, junk & bakery products
Include more of vegetables fruits, protein rich food slike skim milk, low fat paneer. egg white pulses 
Exercise daily for 1 hour daily

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would recommend you try intermittent fasting for 16 hours wherever you do not need anything for 16 hours after having dinner everyday apart from that I would recommend to have cinnamon honey with warm water at night before sleeping
