My daughters ( twins) are underweight. They are 1 year old. Can anyone please suggest food for them except cerelac and milk.

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 1 year old twin daughters, Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, chicken. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods. avoid packaged foods like cerelac. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
