Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! It is a normal finding in few kids to have delay in their speech. Communicate more with your child, keep telling stories and sing and play together. Few elders suggest to give a a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
