Q.
My daughter who is going to be 8 months old in 7 days, is having severe red rash due diaper. I am using Candid-B cream. Is I am using right cream or should change as the rash is severe?

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Diaper rash is common in babies. Use good quality diapers such as pampers premium. Keep area dry. Apply coconut oil before putting diaper. Zincovit drops wil help in faster healing. candid b cream has steroid and not recommended

it can be a bit harsh in skin.
use soframycin cream or organic coconut oil on the rash area.
avoid putting diaper to 2-3 days to the rashes are cured.
