Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. As long as the child is taking food priperly and is active and healthy u need not worry much about tge weight. That coyld be because if her body type where she doesnt put on weight even if she eats well. But if there is a problem with the eating then it could be due to low appetite.
