Q.

my daughter wears spec which has both spherical and cylindrical no. her no is around 4. so what should i do to improve her eye sight? note: my daughter is a fussy eater.

A. Hi Mom, Eggs and carrots. Eating vitamin A rich eggs can help. Deep water fish, salmon, tuna, and mackerel are great sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Leafy green veggies such as kale, spinach etc. Nuts, berries and citrus fruits also helps to improve eye sight.
