my daughter swallowed a coin it's there in stomach while check in x ray it's been one week but still it's not came outside what to do

A. I’m very exactly it is that it is also going to make a lot of difference because if it is not interfering or not coming close to the inner region of the child and it is not a problem as such it is not blocking anything but if you need to get it done then if it is not coming out naturally then surgery probably is the last option
