Q.

My daughter suffers from fever past 3 days. Doctor advised to give zenflox suspension. she vomits immediately after drinking it.

A. Then you should ask your doctor to change the medicine maybe the place of flavour in the medicine is not liked by the child so they can always give you another medicine with your child would be more comfortable to consume it
