A. Yes, it is normal for babies to spit up milk occasionally, as their digestive system is still developing. This can happen due to fast drinking, overfeeding, swallowing air, or lying down immediately after feeding. To reduce spitting up, try feeding in an upright position, burping her after every feed, and giving smaller, more frequent feeds. If the spitting up is frequent, forceful (projectile vomiting), or accompanied by weight loss, discomfort, or refusal to eat, consult a pediatrician to rule out reflux or any other medical concern.
