my daughter skin is so sensitive, always she have some rashes on her body or itching redness I don't understand how to cure,I m using cetaphil moisturizer and soap but it cant help which soap or moisturizer I used to cure this

From my personal experience, I would suggest to opt for Homeopathic medicines for this

you need to use cosmetics which are labelled as for sensitive skin only
or use only your doctor's prescribed cosmetics for your child
choose Cotton clothes for your child
