My daughter skin is not even she has small pimple type (photo) I m attaching kindly advise any remedy or medicine or home remedy for her she has all this on her arms as well.

it looks like allergic reaction or Infection
so you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion or try cool pack on it.
keep that area clean
avoid giving acidic, spicy food items and citrus fruits.
keep your child well hydrated
skip suspected cosmetics.
