my daughter's weight is 13 kg. what dose of noble plus should be given in fever

A. better to give only paracetamol do not give any combination for fever ok. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
