My daughter's poop is green in colour from past 3 days. What could be the reason? Is it a serious concern?

no
as such no need to worry.
as green poop is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk ,feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you must consult your pediatrician.
