Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of scrrdeen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environdment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Its Mostly about 10 to 12 hours in a day but if your child is sleeping peacefully for nine hours then that’s good enough if your child is completing a proper sleep cycle for a minimum of eight hours at a stretch then that is good enough because minimum eight hours is required at one time for sure
