my daughter not eating properly .not passed stool since 4 days

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as she is not eating so she is not passing stools or vice versa ..you need to find the reason as to why this is happening .
So you have to check for any bloating or other health issue of the child is having , make sure to keep her hydrated with liquids as such or fruit juices or soups . Give her some coconut water Lemon water if she is willing too also any seasonal fruits
