See if it is any particular thing where you can give an example of the shine and make your child understand that is how it is going to work at this age different at different stage not every child is going to act and react in the same manner as some kids understand very fast but some can take a little longer so repeating the same concept trying to give a physical example of a thing and having patience when you explain is very important
