Q.
My daughter just started her periods bur it's very irregular. She is almost 13 and very less blood is there. What to do??

You may consult your doctor because for initial one year a lot of people say that girls can have very heavy bleeding little bit disturbed bleeding can be there with some girls but that’s just due to hormonal change so you can check with your doctor on that if some medicine would be beneficial they will advise you on that
