my daughter is1 year 4month and her weight 8kg. she is not eating properly so doctor gave me aptivate syrup for 3times but I don't know how much dose to give. and I how to make her eat food she is always spitting food what ever I give her but she is eating only snacks. how to stop her I eat healthy food. and how to increase weight doctor.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you have to reduce t he snack products at home or keep it out of reach .you can give her some fresh fruits or Makhanas, as she is eating that so she is avoiding foods once this is reduced and she is hungry she will eat
