my daughter is years 11 months old she has the stomach pain from last 4 days and also have a fever,plz tel me what is the reason for this

It could be associated with stomach infection that is why your child is having fever and stomach pain continuously see without a proper assessment it’s very difficult to give you correct reason but since it has crossed four days to fever and stomach pain I would highly recommend you to please visit your doctor for further assistance
