Q.

My daughter is very thin she is having food regularly But then also she is very thin.. Feeding has been stopped 2 weeks ago

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplemffents like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can bfe given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. hi if a child weighs around 8 to 12 kg, you should not worry about your child physical appearance. because for a child ,it is not necessary to look Chubby it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things. so please , focus on healthy development of your child.
