U Can continue breastfeeding the child and along with that I am going to advise you with rice Dal water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup all these things are very healthy to be introduced also you can give good amount of Paneer on regular basis for healthy weight gain
