my daughter is turning 4 in July . her weight is 14 kg height is 98 CM she is complaining pain in legs and she gets tired early these days. please suggest.

mostly it is growing pain.
or it happens because of nutritional deficiency.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
