Q.

My daughter is staying at home for last 15 days but from last 10 days she is having nasal congestion or sometimes runny nose, her doctor says it’s due to changes in weather and asked us to be cautious of diwali time because of the smoke, I am giving her cetrizine from last 10 days. What else to do

A. Use nasal drops give steam to the child indirectly that’s going to help continue with the medicine suggested by the doctor also check with your doctor if you can go ahead with nebula the child with warm water that is also going to be a very good option for you as of now

A. Don't wry try steam inhalation need leaves and turmeric before bed. Let her stay hydrated. give warm water frequently. Give Ajwain water
