My daughter is one year one month old and has started walking. recently while walking she tried to run and had fallen on ground resulting in injury in nose and bump in head.Her nose bed for some time. we used cold water to clean it and stop the bleeding. but what else we can do like any ointment etc can be put on the injury.

A. put ice fomentation on the Goose egg and apply little thrombophob gel do not worry if there is no vomiting or any other issue like altered sensorium for your baby for next 24 hours you keep to watch
